Dear Editor: Citizens for the Preservation of Buehler Park (CPBP) would like to invite all friends of Buehler Park to an Ice Cream Social at 2 PM Sunday, Sept. 9 in Buehler Park. We will celebrate the recent Appeals Court ruling that Buehler Park is dedicated to the Public and cannot be sold. Ice cream, music and entertainment will be provided by CPBP.
